A stunning modern northwest-style home facing the sunset over the Olympic mountain range.  This peaceful spacious retreat is designed for larger groups - catering to all ages and our dog friends.  Situated on the high bluff of Admiralty Bay, the house offers stunning water views with all the comforts of a luxury vacation. The expansive lawn is perfect for family picnics and games, featuring a basketball court and outdoor ping-pong table for some friendly competition. There is also a spacious covered deck with comfortable seating, a barbecue area, and a beautiful fire pit for cozy evenings under the stars. 

 

The interior has a delightful modern aesthetic with clean lines, and large windows - kept warm and cozy with natural materials, plenty of seating, and lots of little spaces to relax. The open-plan living and dining space includes a wood-burning fireplace, perfect for gathering around on cooler evenings.  Plenty of seating for ten to twelve people at the dining table with bar seating by the kitchen as well.  The den is a separate comfortable living area with a large TV for movie nights. You’ll also find a collection of board games and a well-stocked collection of vinyl records.  ​The fully equipped kitchen features ample counter space, a large gas range and double ovens making it easy to prepare meals for the whole family. The adjacent dining area offers the most delightful water views and magical golden sunset light.

 

After a day of activities, relax in the outdoor hot tub taking in the breathtaking views of the surrounding nature.  Walk down the neighborhood trail to the quiet nearby beach park - beachcombing and gathering inspiration from the tides, the driftwood and the bay.

Currently, we are in the process of renovating the detached guest house at this property - adding more space and fun amenities to the listing in the summer of 2025.
