Madrona Bluff is high bank waterfront property with a four bedroom, two and a half bathroom home. We are situated east -- facing Holmes Harbor on Whidbey Island. The five acre property has a grassy front lawn, a few rustic walking trails and private beach access. The front deck has room for dining, grilling and watching sunrises with a cup of coffee. Our back yard is set far from the road with a quiet wooded space including a hot tub and fire pit. The well stocked kitchen is open to the dining space with room for eight. There is a cozy den for movie nights. An open great room with library shelves and a pool table. A tiny studio with a huge view for creating art, slowing down with a glass of wine or taking a meeting in a quiet spot.
