This idyllic retreat is designed with both family and furry friends in mind, ensuring everyone feels right at home.  Perched on the serene shores of a lake, the house offers stunning water views and direct access to the lake for swimming, kayaking, or paddleboarding. The expansive lawn is perfect for family picnics and games, featuring a dedicated pickleball court for some friendly competition. There’s also a spacious deck with comfortable seating, a blackstone griddle and barbecue area, and a fire pit for cozy evenings under the stars. 

 

The interior boasts an updated midcentury modern aesthetic with clean lines, large windows, and natural materials. The open-plan living area includes a cozy fireplace, perfect for gathering around on cooler evenings.  Downstairs you will find another comfortable living room with a second fireplace and a large tv for movie nights. Inside, you’ll also find a collection of board games, a vintage vinyl record player and books to read while snuggled by the fire.

The fully equipped kitchen features ample counter space, making it easy to prepare meals for the whole family. The adjacent dining area offers panoramic lake views and seating for the whole family.

 

Beyond the pickleball court, the property includes a basketball hoop, a volleyball net, and a ping pong table. There’s also a private dock for fishing or launching small boats, a canoe and paddleboards are provided. After a day of activities, relax in the outdoor hot tub while taking in the breathtaking views of the surrounding nature.
